CatchLive Clips produces edited short-form clips from live stream footage on behalf of the creator or rights holder who engages us, and delivers them to that person's own accounts as drafts.
Clip production and delivery is offered to creators for their own content, and to rights holders for content they own or control. By connecting an account you confirm you are authorized to do so.
You retain all rights in your content. You grant us a limited licence to process, edit and transmit it solely to produce and deliver the clips you requested. We claim no ownership and we do not license your content onward.
You may not use this service to process content you have no right to use, to impersonate anyone, or to produce material that is unlawful or that violates the terms of the platform it is destined for.
Clips are delivered to your drafts. Reviewing and publishing is your decision, and you remain responsible for anything you publish.
The service is provided as is, without warranty. Streams can end, platforms change their APIs, and captures can fail; we do not guarantee that any particular moment will be captured.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the preceding month.
Either side may stop at any time. You can disconnect your account and cease use; we may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
